Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items immediately and dispatch the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured that the remaining items will be shipped shortly.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if a mobile number is provided) containing your tracking ID and a link to monitor your package's journey. You can also track your order on our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to be updated.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. Due to the fast-paced nature of order processing, there is only a limited window to correct any errors. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at shop@yunisyd.com.au.
Returns Policy

Lost or Stolen Packages
YuNi Online Store is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the details provided on our Tracking Page.
